At CrossFit Pompano Beach we will have a coach waiting for you for your first visit and they will work with you throughout your first class.

We are located just off the Corner of Atlantic and Federal Highway in Pompano Beach. We are close to everything including just a quick jog to the beach for some grueling beach workouts. Also... We have plenty of parking!
